Best Seafood hands down in Midland and honestly all of Texas. Shrimp and Crawfish cooked perfectly. Probably the best shrimp and crawfish I've ever had. Highly recommend them. Wow!

On the search for some good Cajun food for a Louisiana themed open house I found Down South Seafood and let me tell you..... I am THRILLED that I did! Not only were they extremely helpful and accommodating but the food was EXCEPTIONAL! The boudin was some of the best I've ever had and the gumbo mouthwateringly delicious! If you haven't tried this authentic Louisiana cooking then I urge you to run (not walk) as quickly as possible to try it, you won't be disappointed!

This awesome gentleman and his crew hooked us up at the MIDLAND FIRE DEPARTMENT!!!! Fed the whole shift... Amazing jester, amazing food, amazing people! Thank you!!!!
